Janell, RN, BSN is an entrepreneur, a registered nurse, a mom, and the Founder of Jordan's Corner. She graduated with a Bachelors in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. During college, Janell worked as a biology, anatomy, and elementary school tutor, STEM lead, nurse lab technician, and in hospitality. She went on to be a nurse for four years- working in medical-surgical trauma, telemetry, progressive coronary care unit, long-term acute critical care, FEMA crisis nursing, and concierge nursing.
Janell's vision for Jordan's Corner started with her kids. She discovered the need for a play place geared towards babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Jordan has a speech delay and Janell saw the need to provide a safe place for her to interact with other children. Nash, at the time, had a Doc Band and she saw the need to provide a cool place for him to crawl. Janell focused on creating an inclusive, indoor play place. Janell designed Jordan's Corner for children of all abilities to participate in purposeful play and to give parents the opportunity to build community.
