Book Your Birthday or Private Event

Service Description

*In order to book your event, you MUST come in and view the play space and party area.* Host your private event at Jordan's Corner! 50 guests MAX (children and adults combined) In order to book your event, you MUST come in and view the play space and party area. Morning: Set up: 9:00am to 10:00am Party: 10:00am to 12:00pm Clean up: 12:00pm to 1:00pm Evening: Set up: 3:00pm to 4:00pm Party: 4:00pm to 6:00pm Clean up: 6:00pm to 7:00pm *Closed to the public ​ Party time on the calendar is the start of your setup time. It includes 1hr for setup, 2-hour party, and 1 hour for clean up. Each additional hour is $100. Deposit We require a 50% deposit. The deposit is nonrefundable. Final Payment Final payment of your birthday party will be made the Tuesday prior to your event. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.  We do not accept personal, cash, business checks or money orders. ​ All Party Packages Include: Private access to play space for duration of the event.  Kitchenette  Cake Serving Set Lighter Dessert display table Food display table Children's table with chairs and stools (30 seats) Adult seating (12 adult chairs, 2 couches and 2 recliners) ​Add on:  8x8 Bounce house: $180  Princess: $250/hr + travel fee Superhero:  $250/hr + travel fee Mascot Character: $150/hr + travel fee Sensory bin or table craft: $45 Custom play dough or slime party favors: PRICE VARIES Children & adult socks: price varies and host will be charged for socks. Party time options are: Frequently Asked Questions: Do you offer birthday parties during the week?  Unfortunately no, we cannot accommodate weekday parties. Let’s schedule for a weekend instead! Is the facility closed to the public?  Yes, during a party or event, the play space is specially reserved for you and your guests. Is décor or food included?  No, but you are welcome to bring your own. What party supply store or food options are nearby?  Party City and two pizza restaurants are within walking distance of Jordan’s Corner. Ice cream can also be purchased at multiple locations within our shopping complex. Can we bring outside vendors?  Yes! Please discuss this when booking your party so we are all on the same page. Do you provide vendor coordination?  No, however, we can connect with a RAD event coordinator. We know many.  Are there food restrictions?  No, during private events there are no food restrictions. Cancellation Policy

Deposit: We require a 50% deposit for parties. The deposit is non-refundable.
