Minimum Commitment

All memberships require a minimum commitment of two consecutive full billing months.

Your membership begins immediately upon enrollment, allowing you to enjoy all membership benefits right away.​

Your two-month commitment begins with your first full month billed on the 1st and does not include your initial sign-up month.

If you join on July 7:

Your membership begins immediately.

You will pay the full monthly membership at sign-up.

Your first full billing month begins August 1.

Your two-month commitment covers August and September.
Billing Policy
All memberships renew on the 1st of each month.
Joining on or Before the 20th

You will be charged the full monthly membership when you sign up.

Your next membership payment will be processed on the 1st of the following month.

You will receive our Welcome Rate (50% off) for the remainder of the current month.

Please Note: By enrolling, you acknowledge that if you join on or before the 20th, you will be charged the full monthly membership at sign-up and your next membership payment will be processed on the 1st of the following month.
Cancellation & Downgrade

A 30-day cancellation notice is required.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the 1st of the month to avoid the next monthly charge. Memberships remain active through the end of the paid billing period.
Flex Membership Rules

Flex memberships include 3 visits per month

Visits reset on the 1st of each month

Unused visits do not roll over

Additional visits are $10 per child for children included on an active membership.
Membership Usage

Memberships are only valid for the children listed on the account

Family memberships are only for siblings living in the same household
Payment & Failed Charges

Memberships with failed or declined payments may be paused or canceled until payment is
resolved -
Access to member benefits will be restricted until the account is brought current
Discounts & Perks

Event discounts apply to eligible ticketed events only

Birthday party discounts apply to new bookings only

Membership perks cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise
