How to Sign Up:

Please create your KidCheck account before your first visit to make check-in easy each time you come
Manage Membership:
Please note that all changes must be submitted through the forms provided above. We do not accept cancellation or membership changes in person or over the phone. Thank you for your understanding.
Membership Policy:
Billing Information:
• Memberships are billed monthly on the 1st of each month
• Your first month may be prorated based on your start date
• Billing dates cannot be delayed, adjusted, or pushed out
Minimum Commitment

All memberships require a 2-month minimum commitment

Your commitment begins on your first full month billed on the 1st

A prorated start month does not count toward the 2-month commitment
Cancellation & Downgrade

Requests to cancel or downgrade must be submitted by the 1st of the month. A 30 day notice is required.

If your request is submitted after the 1st, your membership will renew one final time
Flex Membership Rules

Flex memberships include 3 visits per month

Membership Usage

Memberships are only valid for the children listed on the account

Family memberships are only for siblings living in the same household
Payment & Failed Charges

Memberships with failed or declined payments may be paused or canceled until payment is
resolved -
Access to member benefits will be restricted until the account is brought current
Discounts & Perks

Event discounts apply to eligible ticketed events only

Birthday party discounts apply to new bookings only

Membership perks cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise
General Policies

Membership fees are non-refundable
