Monthly Reset:
Flex visit counts restart on the 1st of each month. Visits do not roll over, so be sure to use them before they expire!

Cancellation Information
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make cancellations as smooth as possible—while maintaining fairness for all of our members.
Cancellation & Billing Policy
Jordan's Corner bills on the 1st. The first month can be prorated (Flex members get 3 visits regardless the day you sign up for prorated month), but your two-month minimum starts with your first full 1st.
To avoid the next charge, submit the cancellation form by the 1st (30 days’ notice/1 month). We do not prorate cancellations or delay billing. No exceptions.
BILLING

We bill on the 1st of each month.

If you join mid-month, your first payment is prorated for the days left in that month.

Your 2-month commitment starts with your first full billing on the next 1st (the prorated starter period does not count).

At signup, you complete a credit card authorization; the prorated first payment is charged that evening. CANCELLATION (END MEMBERSHIP BY)

To end membership by a given 1st, submit the cancellation form by the 1st that is 30 days/1 month before.

If notice is after that cutoff, one final charge will process on the next 1st, and your membership stays active through that paid month.

Cancellations cannot occur within the first two full billing months.

We do not prorate cancellations and do not delay or “push out” billing for late notices.

No exceptions.
